Julie Liles, licensed in real estate since 2015, is the proud owner and Broker in Charge of Best Coast Realty, LLC, which she founded in 2018. Originally from Massachusetts, Julie has called the Southeast home for over 30 years and has lived in the Jacksonville area since 2012.

With a diverse background in real estate, home staging, landscape design, floral design, and financial advising, Julie brings a well-rounded, creative, and strategic approach to the real estate process. She is a certified Home Stager and Re-Designer, and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, blending her eye for design with strong business sense.

Julie is known for her attention to detail, fast communication, and approachable, professional service. Her industry certifications—including ABR®, SRS, e-PRO®, MRP and Public Notary —reflect her dedication to staying ahead in the real estate field.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys life in Atlantic Beach with her husband Hall and their dog Lily.
